Tala Karadsheh is currently the Senior Director of Business Insights at GitHub, a position held since December 2021, after serving as Director of Business Insights and Director of Global Expansion within the same company. Prior to GitHub, Tala worked at Facebook from September 2018 to November 2021 as Manager of Global Strategic Initiatives and Manager of Legal Project Management. Earlier experience includes roles at Booz Allen Hamilton as Global Expansion and Operations Senior Manager, and various positions in research and consulting, including roles at The College of William and Mary and horizon Research Consultancy Group. Tala holds an MBA in Global Management from IE Business School and a BA in International Relations and Middle Eastern Studies from William & Mary.
