Dick Davidson

Dick Davidson has over 30 years of experience in the finance and operations industry. Dick began their career in 1991 at IBM as CFO of the Consumer Division and later promoted to Director of Finance in the consolidated $15B Personal Systems Group. In 2001, they joined inCode Telecom Group, Inc. as Chief Financial Officer, playing a key role in driving the rapid growth of this early-stage startup. In 2005, they became Chief Financial Officer at Kintera Inc., where they markedly improved the company’s financial and operational performance while driving an organizational restructuring. In 2008, they joined SmartDrive Systems as Chief Financial Officer/Vice President, Operations, developing a competitive business model for the first-of-a-kind business and redesigning all customer operations to drive cost and quality. In 2011, they became Chief Financial and Operations Officer at Solera North America, where they grew North America revenue by hundreds of millions of dollars from $250M in 2011 to $680M in 2016, while functionally integrating 10 acquisitions and facilitating organic margin expansion annually. In 2017, they joined Arxan Technologies as Chief Financial Officer, and in 2018 they became Chief Financial Officer at Illuminate Education, Inc. Dick currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at GitKraken.

Dick Davidson received their MBA from Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 1991 with a focus in Finance and Accounting. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1986.
