Sara Stamas

Sara Stamas began their career in 2008 as an Administrative Assistant at ForeSite Design & Construction, Inc. In 2011, they took on a role as Marketing Intern at Vestar. From 2012-2013, they worked as an Art Director Intern and Cross-Departmental Intern at Moses Anshell. In 2013, they became an Account Manager at Lucid Agency, where they also served as a Marketing Coordinator. In 2014, they joined GitKraken as a Marketing Manager, and was later promoted to Director of Marketing and then VP of Marketing. In 2015, Stamas co-created the #ItWasNeverADress campaign with Tania Katan while at GitKraken. The campaign went viral and at its peak, #ItWasNeverADress hit 18 million impressions.

Sara Stamas has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Design Studies Management from Arizona State University's Herberger Institute for Design and the Arts, and a Study Abroad Program in Sports Marketing from Florence University of the Arts. In addition, they are certified in Google AdWords Display Advertising, Fundamentals, and Search Advertising, as well as Google Analytics.
