Caroline Whistler

Caroline Whistler is the CEO and Co-Founder of Third Sector, where they focus on transforming public systems to achieve improved and equitable outcomes. They have extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having previously served as Co-Founder & Partner in Advisory Services at Third Sector and as an Analyst with the Nonprofit Finance Fund. As a Fulbright Scholar, Caroline researched the Brazilian social sector and their approach to scaling social programs. Currently, Caroline is also the Board Chair of the GitLab Foundation, which aims to enhance lifetime earnings through access to opportunities. They hold a B.A. in Political Science and African and African American Studies from Duke University, with ongoing studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
