Tamsin Chen

Tamsin Chen is a people-first manager with extensive experience in philanthropy and impact investing. They began their career as a Curatorial Intern at the Singapore Council Of Women's Organisations in 2012, followed by significant roles such as Research Analyst at Innovations for Poverty Action and President of Haiti Operations at The Haiti Project. Currently, Tamsin serves as an Independent Consultant for Impact Thesis and holds positions as a Board Member for both Common Approach to Impact Measurement and Charity Navigator. They have also pursued a Master of Public Policy at Duke University, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in 2023.
