Aaron J. Pierce

Aaron J. Pierce is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software delivery, systems integration, and IT transformation. Since January 2009, Aaron has served at TIAA, currently as Head of AI Ops and Resiliency and previously in multiple director-level roles overseeing engineering teams for institutional and individual financial services. Aaron's leadership has emphasized the democratization of software delivery and robust project delivery methodologies. Aaron has also contributed as an Advisory Board Member for several organizations, including GitLab, Atlassian, and CloudBees, demonstrating a commitment to advancing technology practices. Prior experience includes significant roles at Wachovia Corporate Investment Bank, IBM, AT&T Solutions, MCI Systemhouse, and MCI, complemented by advanced degrees in Management of Information Systems and Telecommunications from prestigious institutions.
