Aletha Alfarania has extensive experience in business development and sales, currently serving as a Manager of Business Development APJ at GitLab since October 2019. Aletha has held various leadership roles, including BDR Team Lead APAC and Sales Development Lead for Enterprise and Commercial APAC, leading sales development teams across multiple regions and receiving President's Club awards for exceptional sales performance in 2023 and 2024.
