Alexandra P. is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at GitLab since April 2022. Her career encompasses significant roles at companies such as Secureframe, where Alexandra was a Senior Customer Success Manager and the first customer success manager in the founding team, as well as a Business Development Manager at Databook. Alexandra has a diverse background, having worked at Jeetaw Manufacturing Inc. as an Operations Manager focusing on customer experience and holding various educational and customer service positions earlier in her career. Alexandra is also a member of the Women of Customer Success community, dedicated to supporting women in the customer success field.
