Angela Pesta

Angela Pesta is a highly experienced leader in user experience (UX) and product design, currently serving as the VP of User Experience at GitLab since April 2024. Previously, Angela held similar senior roles at Elastic and New Relic, Inc., where contributions included enhancing design-led cultures and expanding team capabilities. Angela's extensive career includes leadership positions at eDreams ODIGEO, Tesco PLC, and Amazon.com, where significant achievements included building design teams from the ground up and advancing innovative user research practices. Angela's educational background includes a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Visual and Communication Design from San Francisco State University.
