Audrey Van Belleghem is a Senior Director and Chief of Staff to the CTO at GitLab since 2025. Previously, they served as Business Lead (Chief of Staff) at Meta, overseeing complex strategic programs and stakeholder alignment from 2018 to 2022. Audrey has also held significant roles at the Anita Borg Institute for Women in Technology, where they managed operations and programs aimed at empowering women in technical roles, and was a Director at Google focusing on product strategy and operations from 2022 to 2025. Currently, Audrey is pursuing an MBA at the Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, alongside a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UCLA.
