Catherine Ballantyne

Catherine Ballantyne, MAICD, currently serves as Senior Director APJ Customer Success at VMware, overseeing a team of 200 customer success resources across the Asia-Pacific and Japan region, managing P&L responsibilities. Catherine is also a Director at Uncommon, a platform aimed at empowering female talent through a strong community and dynamic programs. Previous roles include Non Executive Director at J Ballantyne & Co Ltd, Regional Vice President APJ Solutions Consulting at Tealium, and various positions at Marketo, IBM, Acxiom, and Oracle, where Catherine demonstrated strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Catherine holds a Master's degree in Leadership from Deakin University, completed the Company Directors Course at the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Canterbury.
