Dan Eckhardt

Dan Eckhardt, CISA, currently serves as a Senior Security Compliance Engineer at GitLab since October 2021, following a tenure as a Senior Consultant and IT Specialist Consultant at Deloitte from September 2018 to October 2021. Prior to these roles, Dan completed a Tech Assurance and Compliance Internship at Deloitte in mid-2017. Academic leadership experience includes serving as Scholarship Chairman for Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity, where responsibilities involved promoting academic excellence and coordinating support for members at risk of falling below minimum GPA requirements. Early work experience includes an Accounts Payable Internship at Great Cheer (America) Metal Recycling and managing a berry stand at farmers markets for Liepold Farms, along with various seasonal positions. Dan earned a degree from Oregon State University from 2014 to 2018.
