Danielle Weiskopf

Danielle Weiskopf is the Sr. Director of People Business Partners for Engineering at GitLab, a position they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as the Director of HR Business Partners at Cruise, where they supported various organizations and led the Employee Relations/Investigations function. With a background that includes roles at LinkedIn, Salesforce, and Hewlett-Packard, Danielle's experience focuses on coaching leaders and solving talent-related challenges. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and the Carlson School of Management, respectively. Outside of their professional endeavors, Danielle enjoys running marathons, cycling on Peloton, practicing yoga, hiking, and being a new parent.
