Ethan Guo

Ethan Guo is a seasoned technical program manager with extensive experience in leading infrastructure programs and engineering productivity initiatives across prominent tech companies. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Infra TPM at GitLab, Ethan oversees multiple infrastructure programs. Previously, at Roblox, Ethan built and managed a TPM team responsible for infra computing and engineering productivity, while at Google, Ethan held several senior roles, including Senior TPM Manager for Geo Enterprise, where team strategy and delivery of core products were key responsibilities. A strong background in API governance and privacy initiatives was established during Ethan's tenure at Google. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, a BS in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University, and an MS in Computer Science from Binghamton University.
