Eva Griffin

Eva Griffin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data operations and sales management. Currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Salesforce Data Operations at GitLab since March 2025, Eva previously held the position of Data Operations Director at Anthology Inc., where the establishment of a data governance program and a cross-functional council were driven. Prior experience includes roles at Blackboard Inc., where leadership of the GTM Data Analytics team and management of Salesforce teams contributed to revenue growth and efficiency improvements. Earlier positions involved supporting Salesforce implementations and data management for nonprofit organizations and conducting data analysis for international finance. Eva holds an MBA from American University and dual bachelor's degrees in International Studies and International Relations.
