Harley Devlin has extensive experience in workforce strategy and payroll management, currently serving as Manager, Global Workforce Strategy at GitLab since August 2019, with a progression of roles including Staff Global Workforce Strategy Program Manager and Payroll Manager for multiple regions. Previous roles include EMEA Payroll Analyst at Red Hat and Payroll Specialist at Morgan McKinley, along with various positions in payroll and administration at other organizations. Harley holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from the I.P.T.A.S - Institute of Physical Therapy and Applied Science, and has additional educational credentials from Zero To Mastery Academy, St. John’s Central College, and Colaiste Stiofain Naofa.
