Janel Willms

Janel Willms holds an MBA from UBC Sauder and a B.Eng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Victoria. They currently serve as a Senior Technical Program Manager at GitLab, focusing on cross-functional alignment and data-driven decision-making. Previously, Janel supported internal tool development at Microsoft and advised clients on digital transformation initiatives at Cascadia Strategy Consulting. Their past experience also includes roles at lululemon, where Janel created a Power BI dashboard, and Intel, where they led engineering teams and developed design methodologies.
