Jenny Burns

Jenny Burns serves as the Director of People Business Partner for GTM in EMEA at GitLab, starting in April 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Jenny has held leadership positions such as People Partner EMEA at Stripe and Head of HR EMEA at Lime, where responsibilities included developing talent strategies and managing workforce planning. Prior roles include HR Director for Europe & Japan at Appirio, HR Manager for Morgan McKinley, and Human Resource Generalist at Daon, alongside a background as a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte. Jenny holds a Master's degree in Business Studies and Human Resource Management from Dublin City University, a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland, and a BA in Economics and Information Studies from University College Dublin.
