Jessica Hendricks is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and training roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Enablement Partner for AMER at GitLab since December 2025, Jessica's previous roles include Manager of GTM Enablement and Senior Revenue Enablement Manager at Payscale, as well as Global Director of Sales Enablement at Diligent, where key initiatives included launching a 12-week training program for underrepresented groups and operationalizing a go-to-market framework.
