Jessica Wang

Jessica Wang is a seasoned professional in customer success and technical management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Architect for EMEA Enterprise at GitLab since 2022. Previously held the role of Senior Customer Success Manager for NEUR Enterprise at GitLab and has experience as a Technical Success Manager at Snyk. Jessica has also worked in customer success for EMEA Key Accounts at Splitit and was a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Novus Partners, Inc. Earlier career experiences include Financial Analytics & Sales at Bloomberg LP, focusing on Fixed Income Trading Solutions, Multi-Asset Trade Cost Analysis, and MiFID II Regulatory Reporting. Jessica holds an MSc in Human-Computer Interaction Design from City St George’s, University of London, and dual degrees in Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University, complemented by a User Experience Design certification from General Assembly.
