Jessie Young

Jessie Young is a Principal Engineer at GitLab since July 2022, focusing on technical contributions, mentoring, and architectural guidance across various groups, particularly in the Manage and AI-Powered stages. Previous roles include Principal Software Engineer at Salesforce, leading efforts for a centralized authentication system, and Senior Software Engineer at Jessie A. Young Inc, contributing to Code for America’s Multi-Benefits program. Additional experience includes software engineering at GSA's 18F, thoughtbot, Get Satisfaction, and Sermo, as well as marketing positions with Obama for America and The Dragonfly Effect. Jessie holds a B.A. in Government and Philosophy from Colby College.
