Katy Ross

Katy Ross is an experienced accounting professional with a strong background in international accounting and financial reporting. Currently serving as the Manager of International Accounting for the EMEA region at GitLab since March 2025, Katy has previously held key roles at KPMG as an Audit Associate, at Aberdeen Standard Investments as a Financial Reporting Accountant, and at Smartsheet as the Manager of Accounting (EMEA) and Senior Accountant. Katy holds a Master of Arts in Economics with First Class honors from The University of Edinburgh and also studied Economics at the University of Melbourne, achieving First Class honors.
