Lucie Zhao

Lucie (Xi) Zhao is an Engineering Manager at GitLab, currently directing teams with expertise in software engineering, particularly in Orchestration/Software as a Service, Microservices, and Virtualization. With 1.5 years of leadership experience, Lucie has a strong technical background in diverse programming languages, including Golang and Java. Previously, Lucie served as a Technical Pod Lead at Synctera, managing engineering teams focused on lending and risk compliance, and held multiple roles at Dell EMC and Amdocs before that. Lucie is pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Systems from Carleton University.
