Lyle Kozloff

Lyle Kozloff is an accomplished technology and support engineering professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Support Engineering, Global Readiness at GitLab since January 2018, Lyle oversees a global team focused on enhancing customer experience and promoting continuous improvement within the support team. Prior roles include Senior Support Engineering Manager and Support Engineering Manager at GitLab, where responsibilities included managing support teams and developing onboarding processes. Lyle's previous experience encompasses serving as the MIS Director at Asian Hope, where strategic partnerships were formed to transform the nonprofit sector, as well as teaching roles in the Japan Exchange and Teaching Program and the Peace Corps. Lyle's career began as a System Administrator at Andiamo Telecom, ensuring network reliability.
