Lynde Meiers

Lynde Meiers is a seasoned professional in human resources and absence management, currently serving as a Staff Team Member Relations Partner at GitLab since November 2021. With a focus on strategic coaching for management and leading department-specific initiatives, Lynde has played a crucial role in addressing people issues while aligning efforts with organizational goals. Previous experience includes directing absence management teams at GitLab, as well as serving as a Senior Benefits Analyst and People and Culture Business Partner at Stitch Fix. Prior to that, Lynde held multiple leadership roles at Target, managing human resources, logistics, and guest experience teams. Lynde holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, and Production from Iowa State University.
