Marissa Farris

Marissa Farris (Ferber) is a seasoned professional in talent enablement and program development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Talent Enablement at GitLab since July 2021, previously holding the role of Manager of Global Talent Acquisition Enablement. With extensive experience at organizations such as Catchafire, where as Director of Program Development, significant growth in nonprofit program participation was achieved, and at XO Group Inc., where HR special projects and diversity initiatives were led, Marissa has demonstrated expertise in building effective teams, implementing educational strategies, and driving diversity and inclusion efforts. Additional roles include Manager of Recruiting Coordination at AppNexus, where Diversity & Inclusion initiatives were developed, and Manager of Volunteer Relations at Cradles to Crayons, overseeing large volunteer programs.
