Matt Duchesne

Matt Duchesne is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as the AVP - West Enterprise at GitLab. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles at VMware, including Regional Director of Sales and Director of WW NSX and Avi Sales, as well as serving as Head of Sales at Cyberhaven, where they significantly grew ARR by 10X in 18 months. Matt's experience also includes roles at Avi Networks, Cisco Systems, F5 Networks, and Common Room, where they excelled in building high-performing sales teams and developing effective strategies. Matt's early career involved founding and managing SimpleBox Networks as a Computer/Networking Consultant.
