Michelle Jubrey

Michelle Jubrey currently serves as the Associate Manager of Candidate Experience at GitLab, where responsibilities include building and managing a team of Candidate Experience Specialists, enhancing the candidate experience for complex hires, and recommending improvements to tools and processes. Prior to this, Michelle held various roles at GitLab, including Acting Associate Manager and Senior Candidate Experience Specialist, contributing to optimal recruiting processes and candidate satisfaction. Earlier career experiences include roles at Lincare as a Customer Advocacy Specialist and INR Department Team Leader, where exceptional customer service and team leadership were focal points. Michelle began the professional journey as an Assistant Teacher at New England Preschool Academy and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies with a focus on Psychology and Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University.
