Ryan Erwin

Ryan Erwin is an experienced legal professional specializing in corporate and compliance matters. Currently serving as Lead Paralegal at GitLab since May 2022, Ryan coordinates the review and filing of the Annual Proxy Statement and manages submissions to the SEC.
