Sam Goldstein

Sam Goldstein is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Director of Engineering at GitLab Inc. since January 2020. Prior to this role, Goldstein held various positions at Stackery, including VP Product & Engineering and Director of Engineering, and at New Relic, where Goldstein was responsible for the development of the infrastructure platform as a Director of Engineering, along with leadership positions in the Browser Team and Agents Team. Additional experience includes a Director of Engineering role at AboutUs, and earlier positions as a Software Engineer and Web Developer at beezwax datatools and WestEd, respectively. Goldstein holds a Bachelor's Degree in Rhetoric from the University of California, Berkeley.
