Taimur Khan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical management across various industries. Currently serving as a Staff Customer Success Manager and Industry Lead at GitLab since November 2023, Taimur previously held multiple roles at HashiCorp, including Sr. Technical Success Manager II and Sr. Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included collaborating with global accounts, managing large-scale cloud projects, and serving as a strategic advisor for top-tier clients. Taimur's prior experience includes positions as Solutions Engineering Supervisor at Slice Wireless Solutions, where successful wireless solutions were delivered to major clients, and as Founding Engineer at Technology Advanced Consulting, managing stakeholder communications for Fortune 500 clients. Taimur also owned and operated Khans Gyro & Fried Chicken, building the business from the ground up. Taimur holds a Master of Science in Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brooklyn College.
