Taurie Davis

Taurie Davis is a Senior Manager of Product Design at GitLab, where responsibilities include managing teams across Foundations, Integrations, and Data Science, as well as leading the experience design, visual style, and technical tooling of the GitLab product. Prior roles at GitLab include Product Design Manager and Staff Product/UX Designer, focusing on strategic UX decisions and holistic design approaches. Before joining GitLab, Taurie served as a UX/UI Design Engineer at Househappy.org and operated a freelance design business from 2010 to 2015. Early career experience includes a design internship at BodyVox Dance Center and a photography role at Spifoto/Susan Cooper Photography. Taurie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from the Pacific Northwest College of Art.
