Tim Poffenbarger

Tim Poffenbarger currently serves as the Director of Solutions Architecture - Center of Excellence at GitLab, leading initiatives to establish a global center focused on providing expertise and consultancy to strategic accounts. With extensive experience in solutions architecture, Tim has held various leadership roles at GitLab since December 2019, including Director Solutions Architecture and Senior Manager, Solutions Architecture - Commercial, where recognition includes the Top CRO Leader of the Year/President's Club Award. Prior to GitLab, Tim worked at COUNTRY Financial® as an Automation Solution Architect, gaining broad exposure across multiple technology stacks and roles. Tim's early career included positions in IT consulting, administration, and systems support across several organizations. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Illinois State University.
