Zane J Chua

Zane J Chua is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in customer success, software engineering, and technical strategy. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Architect at GitLab since December 2021, Zane has also co-founded KopiRun and held previous roles at Microsoft, where responsibilities included driving partner enablement for the Surface ecosystem and leading technical initiatives across the APAC region. Zane's background includes positions as a DevOps Engineer and Software Engineering Lead at MyRepublic, where critical contributions were made in automation and application development. With a strong foundation in technical architecture and team leadership, Zane holds multiple degrees in Computer Science from institutions including the University of Glasgow and Singapore Institute of Technology, complemented by experience in innovation labs and start-ups.
