Jan Maarten Hendriks is an experienced adviser, coach, and trainer with a diverse background in organizational development, change management, and human resources. Currently serving as the owner of Senso Consult and co-founder of 4Development, Jan Maarten focuses on supporting organizations, teams, and individuals through co-creation and trust-based strategies rooted in organizational ecology and leadership principles. With a history of training and advising corporate councils and management at both national and international levels, Jan Maarten has contributed to various educational programs as a freelance lecturer and has extensive experience in consulting roles, including senior consultancy at GITP. Jan Maarten's career began in the Royal Netherlands Airforce, leading to significant expertise in strategic change initiatives, bolstered by advanced degrees in Human Resources and Personnel Administration.
