Louk Tammes

Louk Tammes is a Medior Work and Organizational Psychologist at GITP since September 2022, specializing in talent, employability, and development assessments for corporate and public sector clients. Previously, Louk served as a Career Coach and Psychologist at Psychological Progression, guiding students and young professionals in their study choices and work-life balance. Research experience includes a role as a Work & Organizational Psychologist at Mapesu Private Game Reserve, focusing on employee motivation and performance. Louk has also held several positions, including Board Member at Sectie A&O NIP and Psychological Assistant during a graduation internship, demonstrating a strong commitment to the field of psychology. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Work and Organizational Psychology from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
