Ruurd Dijkman

Ruurd Dijkman has extensive experience in human resource management and consulting, having worked at Erasmus MC from 1981 to September 1985 as the Coordinator of the staff group HRM, focusing on labor law, training and development, and organizational change. Since September 1985, Ruurd Dijkman has served as a Senior Consultant at GITP, specializing in assessment, team development, executive coaching, and leadership training, while also holding the position of Managing Director at GITP Breda from 1990 to 2010. Ruurd Dijkman holds a Master of Management Consultancy from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and has studied various subjects, including psychology and ethology at different institutions, including the University of Michigan and NHB Deurne.
