Tanja Smid

Tanja Smid is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership development, performance management, and organizational training. Currently serving as an Associate at Hiemstra & De Vries since September 2023, Tanja also holds a longstanding role as Associate, Advisor, and Trainer in leadership development and performance management at GITP, where collaborations are tailored closely with clients. Tanja is the Owner of Duende Ontwikkeling en Advies, specializing in process guidance, training, and coaching. Previous roles include being an Associate at MetisBrown, educating and coaching at Hogeschool Utrecht, and serving as a freelance trainer and coach at Politieacademie. Tanja's earlier experience includes significant project management roles at KPN, focusing on HR projects and operational communication. Tanja holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Radboud University, a Prop degree in Psychology from the University of Groningen, and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology from Hanze.
