🚀 Lou Bichard

Lou Bichard has been working in the tech industry since 2013. 🚀 Lou started out as a Full Stack Software Engineer at Firmstep, working with a team to deliver features on a self-service local government platform. In 2015, they worked with Mudano to build the first iteration of their data-driven project management application, SharkTower. In 2016, they joined AND Digital, working in various software engineering roles, and also became a Course Mentor for Thinkful's \"Full Stack Web Development\" course. In 2018, they began freelance technology writing for Hit Subscribe and in 2019, they joined DAZN as a Principal Engineer (Platform / Developer Experience). In 2021, they began working as a Product Manager at Gitpod, helping to push the growth and adoption of automated cloud-based dev environments and better Developer Experiences throughout the tech industry.

Lou Bichard obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Management & Computing from Loughborough University between 2011 and 2015. 🚀 Lou then obtained a Professional Scrum Master - PSM1 certification from Scrum.org in December 2016. In May 2020, they obtained an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Finally, in January 2022, they obtained an AWS Certified Developer - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
