Giuaani Winery: A Unique Destination for Wine, Culture, and Hospitality

Nestled in the historic village of Manavi, Giuaani celebrates centuries-old Georgian winemaking traditions while embracing modern innovation. Our story began in 1894, and in 2010, Giuaani was founded with the vision of elevating Georgia’s rich wine heritage to a new level of excellence.

More than a winery, Giuaani is a complete hospitality destination. We offer a boutique restaurant, a welcoming hotel, exclusive event spaces, immersive wine tastings, and curated cultural experiences – all designed to share Georgian tradition in a modern and unforgettable way.

Our wines are crafted from carefully selected grapes, blending time-honored techniques with state-of-the-art production. From traditional clay qvevri and oak barrels to ultra-modern equipment, every bottle tells a story of balance between heritage and innovation, delivering authentic Georgian flavors alongside modern, refined profiles.

Giuaani is more than a place- it’s an experience. From savoring exceptional wines and meals to hosting unforgettable events, every visit immerses guests in the flavors, culture, and spirit of Georgia.
