Jai Hari is a management professional with an MBA from IIM Kashipur, who has built a diverse career spanning eCommerce, retail, consumer goods, and automotive manufacturing. Currently serving as a General Manager at GIVA, Jai leads strategy and operations in the CFO's office. Previously, Jai held significant roles at Reliance Retail as a Business Operations Lead and Area Operations Lead, where they focused on data analytics and sales for JioMart Digital. Their experience also includes a tenure as a Supply Chain Manager at Godrej & Boyce, where Jai optimized processes and enhanced operational efficiency. Early in their career, Jai worked as a Design Engineer at UST Global, contributing to innovative design solutions for electrical drives.
