Alejandro Junco

Alejandro Junco has extensive experience in the operations and production management sector, currently serving as Operations Director and Company Manager at Givaudan since January 2010. Previous roles at Givaudan include Production Manager in Munro, Argentina, and Various assignments supporting local production teams in Cuernavaca and Cincinnati, alongside positions such as Interim Maintenance Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, and Senior Production Supervisor. Prior to Givaudan, Alejandro worked at Ayurdeva's as Responsable de Planeamiento y Control de la Produccion and at Laboratorios Dosa as Jefe de Produccion. Alejandro began the professional journey at Union Lactea Cubana as a specialist in soybean milk elaboration. Educationally, Alejandro holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from ISPJAE and has pursued postgraduate studies in Pharmaceutical Development at the University of Buenos Aires, along with acquiring a Black Belt certification in Lean from Leanmap.
