André Meier

André Meier, PhD, is an accomplished professional currently serving as the Secretary to the Board of Directors at Givaudan, where they are also the Director of Internal Audit, co-managing the internal audit function and overseeing methodology development. They previously held key roles at Novartis as Director of Business Assurance and Advisory, and at the University of Zurich as a Research Associate and Program Manager. André's extensive experience includes lecturing on Risk Management and serving as an Army Officer. They earned a PhD in Business from the University of Zurich, further strengthening their expertise in financial and management accounting.
