Eric L. is a seasoned pricing and finance professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Head of Pricing for the APAC region at Givaudan since 2019, Eric leads a team responsible for pricing strategies for a billion-dollar business in taste and wellbeing products. Prior to Givaudan, Eric held several key positions at Syngenta from 2013 to 2019, including Regional Pricing Manager and Finance Lead, significantly improving pricing methodologies and driving profitability within a $2 billion sales framework. Earlier experience includes a tenure as Group Finance Director at Virgin, overseeing multiple international ventures, and various roles at PwC, managing audits for high-profile clients. Eric holds a Chartered Accountancy designation and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, complemented by education from the Professional Pricing Society.
