Ivan Chen

Ivan Chen is a Chemical Management and Compliance Manager for the Asia Pacific region at Givaudan since July 2023, where responsibilities include planning and executing chemical management programs and monitoring regulatory compliance. Previously, Ivan served as the Product Compliance and Hazard Communication Manager at The Lubrizol Corporation from January 2018 to July 2023, leading a team in managing product compliance while communicating regulatory changes. Earlier experience includes roles at Honeywell, BASF, Ashland, and 阳泉煤业（集团）股份有限公司, where Ivan focused on product stewardship, chemical regulation, and compliance management. Ivan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from Central South University, completed in 2006.
