Robert Winkel has extensive experience in the field of process technology and production management, currently serving as the Head of Process Technology in Germany for Givaudan since November 2005. Prior to this role, Robert held positions as Production Manager for Granulation and Natural Products, as well as Production Manager for Granulation. Robert's career commenced at Symrise, working as a Process Engineer in R&D from 2000 to 2005. Robert obtained an engineering degree in Process Engineering from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin and furthered education at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) at the Institut für Technische Chemie (ITC).
