Ryan Buford has over a decade of experience in engineering and project management, primarily with Givaudan since July 2012. In the role of CAPEX Engineering BP APAC, Ryan leads the regional engineering function across the APAC region, focusing on capital project execution and operational capabilities. Previous positions include Capex Senior Project Manager and Regional Utilities & Maintenance Manager, during which Ryan managed numerous high-value capital projects and site master planning initiatives. Ryan's early career included roles at The Shepherd Chemical Company and Kowalski Heat Treating Company, where contributions to process safety and efficiency were made through hands-on projects and enhancements. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, complemented by a minor in Materials Engineering.
