"Every child is an artist. The problem is how to remain an artist once he grows up." — Pablo Picasso 🎨

At Give Kids Art, we exist to solve that problem. And we go above and beyond to use art as a high-impact vehicle for social-emotional growth. Give Kids Art is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit offering free art programs, workshops, and supplies specifically designed to ignite curiosity, resilience, and fearless creativity in underserved children.

Our Approach: Building the Foundation for Expression
We believe that creativity can only flourish where a child feels truly safe. Our thoughtful, research-backed approach doesn’t just provide a "safe space" — it creates one. Through intentional curriculum and process-based exploration, we help children overcome the fear of judgment and discover a life-changing truth: "My ideas and feelings matter."

The Result: Skills for a Lifetime
By exercising divergent thinking and emotional intelligence, we equip the next generation with the psychological tools they need to thrive. Whether in the classroom or the boardroom, we turn moments of creativity into the courage to share their voice.

How We Deliver Impact:

Partnership Programming: We equip community organizations with curriculum, supplies, and facilitator training to deliver high-quality creative programming without requiring prior art expertise.

Workshops & Community Events: Facilitator-led sessions bring creative experiences and our intentional methodology directly to children in shelters, schools, and community programs.

Art Kits: Our signature Art Kits provide children nationwide with access to quality creative tools and open-ended prompts, so materials are never a barrier to expression.

As we continue expanding into new communities, our mission remains simple: help every child create fearlessly.
