Previously, Noah held the position of Area Recruitment Manager for Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where travel to over 85 chapters facilitated recruitment efforts at four-year colleges and universities, alongside establishing new chapters in New Hampshire, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.
