Karen Scheid has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles.

Karen started their career in the Israel Defense Forces in 1997, where they served as the IT Department Manager. During their time there, they successfully restructured the IT department and reduced customer complaints by 50%.

In 2000, they moved to Calanit-Carmon Inc, where they worked as a System and Network Administrator. Their responsibilities included system administration tasks, troubleshooting, and providing end-user assistance and training.

Karen then transitioned to Amdocs, joining in 2000 as a Configuration Control Senior SME. In this role, they managed and maintained the build/release cycle for a large cellular wireless billing system. Karen focused on advising and implementing automation to improve the build and release process.
